A recruitment processHaving looked at your profile and considered the positions to be filled, our recruitment team will be contacting you for a first telephone interview.
The recruitment process will go through two interviews, one with an operations manager from your skill area and one with human resources.
After these two interviews, Safran Engineering Services will come to a decision as to your application.
Induction processIndividualized support right from the day you join us
The Human Resources Department will provide a welcome and see you get all the relevant information to help you learn how the Company operates and become familiar with working practices.
You will then see your supervisor who will give you an introduction to your immediate working environment and make sure you get to feel fully part of the team.
Taking part in induction sessions
Within 2 months after your arrival, you will be taking part in an induction session organized in each Division where we aim to share with you our values, our strategy and give you a clear understanding of our various entities.
