I joined Safran Engineering Services in September 2003 in Normandy, France, straight after my internship at Snecma Vernon, which focused on calculating the lifetime of rocket-engine combustion chambers. The company has placed its trust in me throughout my career by offering me positions with more and more responsibility: project manager, activity manager, services manager and department head. In 2014, when I applied for the position of Mechanical Equipment and Structure department head, which included the opportunity to move abroad, I was aware that the challenges, both professional and personal, would be significant. Today, I am proud to head up Team France, which is close-knit and customer-oriented.
